The City of Virginia Beach Standard Specifications for Construction were developed for use by the Department of Public Utilities and Department of Public Works in designing Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects.

These documents are to be used with City of Virginia Beach Public Utilities Pipe Rehabilitation Specifications. If an error is suspected, please bring the discrepancy to the attention of the City.

Standard Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Specifications
These documents are to be used with City of Virginia Beach Public Utilities Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Projects. If an error is suspected, please bring the discrepancy to the attention of the City.

Special Provisions (Project Specific) - The special provisions document shall be used to provide supplemental information for a specific project such as pump performance data. All information shall identify the section and subsection for which the supplement is required and shall be listed in numeric order.
