The Public Utilities Customer Contact Center is happy to assist customers with billing or account-related inquiries, service requests, and more.
Our automated phone system is experiencing intermittent issues when transferring to the Invoice Cloud phone payment line. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, customers can make a phone payment by calling Invoice Cloud’s phone payment line directly at 757-699-8268.
Attention Customers: Delays in our meter reading schedule have resulted in bills that include more days of service than usual. With more days of service, customers’ bills will be higher than usual.

The Public Utilities Customer Service Center, located at 2403 Courthouse Drive, is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Routine requests can also be submitted online and will be processed as soon as possible. When submitting a request online, be sure to include your account number, address, full name, and phone number associated with the account.
