

Our records indicate that some customers have multiple email addresses associated with their online payment account. This can happen if different email addresses are used for paperless billing, autopay, and/or one-time payments.
These customers will receive an email from WaterWeb@vbgov.com requesting they verify which email address they would like to receive all future billing notifications. This is a legitimate email from Virginia Beach Public Utilities. If you receive this email, please follow the steps provided to verify your email at your earliest convenience.
