
New Payment Vendor Information
Payments made to Public Utilities are now processed through Invoice Cloud.
Attention Customers: We are aware of intermittent issues impacting the ability to process payments. Invoice Cloud is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Payments made to Public Utilities are now processed through Invoice Cloud.
On July 8, Virginia Beach Public Utilities transitioned to a new paperless billing and electronic payment service: Invoice Cloud.
With this change, our customers have access to Invoice Cloud’s online customer portal, with many new and improved features to enhance the customer experience!
Please Note: Your log-in information for PU Online Services was not automatically applied to your Invoice Cloud portal account. To access all features of the Invoice Cloud portal, you will need to select ‘Register Now’ to register your account and create a log-in.
Access the Invoice Cloud PortalPlease Note: Even if your paperless billing and/or autopay plan carried over to Invoice Cloud during the transition, your log in information from our previous payment vendor or from PU Online Services did not carry over. You will need to register your account in the Invoice Cloud portal in order to view/manage your account.
