In certain instances, a percentage of the applicable capital recovery fees shall apply:
* For a property connected to public sewer, but not to the public water system, the appropriate fee shall be assessed according to the water meter size that would be necessary to serve the property.
** Mixed-use buildings with residential and non-residential components are required to be metered separately. Fees are assessed for each meter and service according to the use associated with the meter.
Where a property is redeveloped, connection fees will be credited for existing water and sewer connections.
In the case that the water meter size is increased from what previously existed, the difference in the water and sewer capital recovery fees shall be due.
In the case where the water meter size is decreased from what previously existed, the credited fees shall be applied to any newly assessed fees and no refund will be issued for a surplus in credit.
