The 45-year-old sanitary sewer pump station located at 4802 Atlantic Avenue has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement. The new pump station will be located roughly 50 feet from the existing structure and will meet increasing capacity demands, reduce impacts to traffic when maintenance is required, and help to avoid interference with other utilities. 

Construction during this project will also include the demolition of the existing pump station and the installation of a new driveway and gravity sanitary sewer lines.
