As part of the City of Virginia Beach Department of Public Utilities’ Aging Infrastructure Program, the department will be replacing the existing sanitary sewer line and sewer cleanouts located in the backyard area of the townhouses between Maryland Avenue and Delaware Avenue.

As part of this project, fence lines currently located within the City easement will be relocated to within property lines. This relocation is necessary to reestablish the City easement and provide permanent access for future operation and maintenance of the sewer system.
