The Department of Public Utilities is rehabilitating and replacing portions of the water and sanitary sewer systems in the northern section of the Kings Forest neighborhood. These systems, installed during the neighborhood’s construction in the 1960s, have reached the end of their useful life.

This work is being done as part of the Department's Aging Infrastructure Program.

This project will improve the public infrastructure serving the neighborhood and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The previous phase of this project was completed in January 2021.
