Request for Permit Design Sketches and Plans will be completed in-person, at 2809 S. Lynnhaven Road, Suite 250. Please bring a thumb drive to download prints of maps and plans.

• City water and sanitary sewer maps.
• Maps for Public Utilities Right-of-Way permits.
• Construction plans, as-builts/record drawings plans, and other documents.
