Inclement weather or staffing impacts can cause disruptions to our contractor's meter reading schedule.
Our automated phone system is experiencing intermittent issues when transferring to the Invoice Cloud phone payment line. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, customers can make a phone payment by calling Invoice Cloud’s phone payment line directly at 757-699-8268.
Attention Customers: Delays in our meter reading schedule have resulted in bills that include more days of service than usual. With more days of service, customers’ bills will be higher than usual.

To provide timely monthly billing statements and avoid longer billing periods, some customers are billed with an estimated meter reading. Only the water portion of the bill is estimated.
