You may occasionally notice that your meter reading has been estimated. We do this to make sure your bill is sent on time. When your water use is estimated, your actual water use may be higher or lower than what appears on your bill.

We will make every effort to read your meter in person the following month. Once we get an actual reading, the water portion of your bill will be adjusted so you only pay for the water you have used. Only the water portion of the bill is ever estimated.
